Sunderland Electric is a New Haven-based, Connecticut licensed electrical contractor, in business since 2004. We provide full-service electrical installations, from design-build through switchgear, lighting, fire alarm, phone, cable, data, access control, sound systems, cameras and EV charging, for multifamily, mixed-use and retail projects throughout Connecticut.
Our focus is new construction and major renovation of apartment buildings and mixed-use developments. On those projects we carry the full electrical scope: service and distribution, unit wiring, common-area and amenity lighting, life-safety systems, low voltage, and site lighting and EV charging.
